Happy Meal toy ban prompts ban on bans in other states : City Insider
Ok. This is crazy. Happy Meals aren't good for kids - they just aren't. Therefore, we should not advertise to the kids by having a toy in the Happy Meal. Yes, I grew up with Happy Meal toys and I liked them, but that doesn't mean we should continue the practice. Now some states are trying to stop bans on Happy Meal toys...so they're banning toy bans. It's ridiculous.
